Repair Order Close – Completing

Once the work has been completed on the vehicle click the “Work Complete button” (at the bottom of the Repair Order details page) to claim payment.

Then, fill out the details in the next popup to finish completing the Repair Order. Once you are happy with the details you have entered, click the ‘Work Completed’ button highlighted in green.

Repair Order Close – Cancelling

If you need to cancel the Repair Order, this can be done by entering the Repair Order that needs to be cancelled, scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking ‘Cancel Repair Order’

Then, fill out the details in the next popup to finish cancelling the Repair Order. Once you are happy with the details you have entered, click the ‘Confirm’ button highlighted in red.

Repair Order Statuses

Once an RO is submitted to the Fleet, you will see one of the following messages.

Auto Approved will instantly display if the repair order meets the required criteria the system will issue instant approval.

When the Repair Order requires Fleet approval, the “Awaiting Fleet Approval” message is displayed. Some Fleets have a tracker enabled below showing what stage the repair order currently is in.

Once the Fleet  has approved the Repair Order, the status will change to “Approved”. You can now commence work on this vehicle.
