PROFILE

Overview

To edit your shop, you will need the ‘Shop Admin’ role. If you cannot see the shop profile page and you need to make edits, reach out to your shop admin who can add this role to your account.

To navigate to the shop profile page, click ‘Administration > Shop Profile’.

Here you can view all your shop’s details such as address, company name, opening hours and more.

Shop Details

Shop details is where you can update your shop, address, and billing details. 

To edit a field, simply click on the text box and enter the information required.

Some information will require you to unlock the field prior to editing the information. These changes will need to be approved prior to being saved.

To edit one of these fields, simply click the red padlock icon to the right-hand side of the relevant field.

Once you are happy with the changes you have made, make sure to save the changes by clicking ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

Hours Of Operation

Hours of operation allows you to enter your shop’s opening times.

To edit a day of the week, click the drop down and select an opening and closing time to the nearest 15 minutes.

To indicate if your shop is open 24 hours or closed for the day, simply click the relevant check box to the right-hand side of day.

Once you are happy with the changes you have made, make sure to save the changes by clicking ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

Additional Services

Additional Services allows you to enter your shop’s services.

To add or remove an additional service, simply click the check box to the left-hand side relevant service.

Ticked means this is available, unticked means this isn’t available.

Vehicle Classes

Vehicle Classes allows you to enter the vehicle classes your shop can service.

Similarly to additional services, to add or remove a vehicle class, simply click the check box to the left-hand side relevant class.

Ticked means this is available, unticked means this isn’t available.

Once you are happy with the changes you have made, make sure to save the changes by clicking ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions is where you can accept to work with Fleets.

On this page, you will see a list of Fleets currently available to you. To accept the terms of a fleet, first click on the ‘Work With Fleet’ check box.

Then, the information required to be filled out will be shown.

The Fleet’s downloadable terms and conditions will also be displayed here. To open one of these documents, simply click the relevant text highlighted in blue.

Be sure to read the terms and conditions for the Fleets fully. Some might require you to fill out one of these documents.

Once you are happy with working the Fleet, click the ‘Read and Accept’ terms to the right-hand side of the row.

Finally, click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page to save any changes you have made.
