ADD A TIRE

ADDING

TIRES

To start adding tires to a repair order, press the ‘Add Tires’ button.

MEASUREMENTS AND

VEHICLE TYPES

Then select the relevant vehicle type using the diagrams in the top right of the ‘Tire Replacement’ popup. You can also change the units for measurements in the top left.

You can also choose what additional extras you wish to add alongside the tires in the ‘Selected Items’ panel on the right-hand side.

You can enter the measurements for existing tires by using the ‘Depth’ text boxes located above the relevant tires, make sure to select which tires you are replacing by ticking the check box on the tires. Once you are finished, click ‘Next’.

Then you can start entering the tire details. Search for a tire by using the filters provided and clicking ‘Search’.

Once you have found the tire you wish to add to the repair order, click ‘Select this Tire’ highlighted in blue.

ENTERING

LINE ITEM DETAIL

Once you have added the tire – you will then have to fill out the final details for the items you are adding including costs. You can remove a line item by clicking the ‘X’ icon to the far right of the line item at any time.

Once you are happy with the details you have entered, click ‘Confirm’ to add the item to the repair order
