REPAIR
PACKAGES
Repair Packages allow you to save a basket of items to quickly add back onto a future Repair Order.
CREATING
REPAIR PACKAGES
To save a Repair Package, start by clicking ‘Add Items’. Then, add the items you want to save in the Repair Package to the Selected Items. Once you have the items you require in the Repair Package, click ‘Save As Repair Package’.


Here, you can review the items in the Repair Package and add a name for the Package. When you are happy with Repair Package, click ‘Save’. This means you can quickly use this list of items again in the future.
You can then continue adding the items as needed to the Repair Order.
USING
A REPAIR PACKAGE
To add a Repair Package to a Repair Order, click the ‘Repair Package’ drop down. Then, select the Repair Package you wish to add from the drop down.


You will then be taken to the Add Items popup with the Selected Items pre-filled with the Repair Package.
You can then continue creating the Repair Order.
DELETING
A REPAIR PACKAGE
To delete a Repair Package, click the cog to the left of the Repair Package drop down.


You can view the items in a Repair Package by hovering over the number of service codes in the Repair Package.
To delete the Repair Package, simply click the ‘X’ icon to the right hand side of the Repair Package you wish to remove.
